Sholeh is an Iranian-born interdisciplinary sound artist who creates immersive works, performances, and audience participatory scores utilizing photography, video, light, time, and sound. Much of her work draws from early life experiences as a refugee, and seeks to alter the viewers relationship to space and break down symbolic representation.
