Christopher White (AIR ’16) performs Asking (work-in-progress), with collaborators Michelle Talgarow and Ryan Tacata. Asking is a collaboration with the audience about curiosity, listening, and intimacy at a distance.

Chris Duncan (AIR ’16) presents an atmospheric call-and-response sound piece using tuning fork tones, harmonicas, and field recordings of the ocean. Blindfolds will be available.

Exhibition

Italian Strike gathers Headlands alumni and other local artists whose work provides a survey of the Italian Strike under contemporary turbo capitalism. Within the exhibition, artists engage with the controversial: To hike (work slowly) or run (accelerate the process)? The exhibition reveals that as technology develops, this question becomes more urgent.
