David Fought is a minimalist sculptor whose work is inspired by his surrounding environments. Whether walking on the trails, or looking out into the streets at overhanging wires, his work attempts to isolate and translate basic visual information into sculptures. In his recent work he used burnt wire and plaster to construct three dimensional geometric shapes. David received his MFA from California College of the Arts.
